These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “Buyer”) and Jahanvi Industries (the “Company”). We act as a manufacturer and supplier of plastic food-grade containers. Any purchase order issued by the Buyer implies full acceptance of these terms.
Food Grade Standards: All containers are manufactured using food-grade materials. However, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to test the compatibility of their specific food products with our containers.
Technical Variations: Due to the nature of industrial injection molding, minor variations in color shade, weight ($\pm 3\%$), and dimensions may occur. These are considered industry-standard and do not constitute a defect.
Product Modification: We reserve the right to modify product designs or specifications to improve quality without prior notice.
Market Fluctuations: Prices for plastic products are highly dependent on raw material (polymer) market rates. Therefore, quotes provided are valid only for the duration mentioned in the quotation (usually 48–72 hours).
Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST and other government levies unless specifically stated otherwise.
Payment Terms: For B2B bulk orders, a standard 50% advance is required to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance payable before dispatch (Ready-to-Dispatch basis).
Dispatch Timelines: Lead times provided at the time of order are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, transport strikes, or festive seasons.
Ex-Factory Policy: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are Ex-Factory (Ujjain). Freight charges and transit insurance are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shortage/Damage: Any claims regarding quantity shortage or physical damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, supported by a clear unboxing video and signed LR (Lorry Receipt) copy.
Hygiene Protocol: As we manufacture food-grade packaging, we do not accept returns once the seal of the bulk packaging is broken, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Manufacturing Defects: Returns are only accepted for proven manufacturing defects. In such cases, Jahanvi Industries will replace the defective units or provide a credit note for future purchases.
Order Cancellation: Orders for custom-branded or specific-colored containers cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
All content on this website, including logos, product images, descriptions, and technical drawings, is the property of Jahanvi Industries. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Jahanvi Industries shall not be held liable for:
Any loss of business or profit resulting from delivery delays.
Damage caused by improper storage of containers at the Buyer’s premises (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or chemicals).
Any health issues arising from the Buyer using the containers for non-intended purposes or non-food items.
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters), war, government sanctions, or power failure.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
